Choose your improv.
Make a 30 second video about one of the topics below on your phone. The video has to be at least 30 seconds in length of you speaking. You will be graded on creativity, and stage presence. Once you’ve made your video upload it to google drive and follow the instructions below.
Adversely for the creative artist in my class you can create a poster or storyboard based on one of the topics below. You will be graded on creativity, use of color, and the ability to convey the subject matter through your artwork.
Log in to Google Classroom and select the assignment that you want to complete. Click the add button and upload your video file from Google Drive. After your file is added, press the “turn in” button. If you have difficulty uploading your video just e-mail me a copy of the video but make sure that you still press the “turn in button on your google classroom. Corona, corona!!! It’s here, it’s here and as President of the United States everyone needs to know what to do. Make a 30 second video informing the public of the dangers of the Coronavirus. Be sure to tell us “what to do”, “what not to do” and how to protect our money from this recent outbreak.
Who’s your next President, I’m your next president. You're running for President and you’ve just heard the current President's speech about Corona. Your country needs to hear how it’s all wrong and how life would be so much better if you were in charge.
“The More you know” Your friend has the virus but it’s her 16th birthday. Make a birthday video to your friend, be kind, wish her a happy birthday but let her know there is no way anyone is coming to her party.
The neon lights are dark on Broadway. You are a famous Broadway star who has been out of work for 3 weeks due to Corona. Convince your public to get out of their houses and storm the stages of Broadway in protest. You may all be sick together but at least you’ll be entertained.
Top 10 things to do that aren’t school during your virtual school day of Corona. You are the host of a popular youtube channel. Broadcast to your fans who are all sick and tired of virtual schools.
NBA Lockdown. You’re an NBA star and you haven’t played any games in two weeks. Your cousin’s neighbor needs a new Porsche and since you're not playing games you no longer have the money to buy it for them as you promised. You have to start your own fundstarter account. Upload a video pleading to your public to donate to your Porche fund in these difficult times.
Oh no, I snuck out of the house to go to a concert and now I have Corona!!!! This is your personal video diary, tell us all about the concert, show or sports event, but most importantly let us know how you are going to hide the Corona from your parents.
OMG you’re a superhero who has Corona. Make a public service announcement warning all superheros and villians that they could get Corona too. Be sure and let them know what to avoid.
