3. What are 2 things your teacher did last year that really worked in the classroom ?

5. What are 3 rewards you would like to have in class? For example, a homework pass is a reward, extra credit on a test is a reward.

2. If you have a question please raise hand quietly and wait to be called on.
3. Please avoid cursing in class. 
4. Keep your hands, feet and objects to yourselves. 
5. Remain seated while class is in session unless you are instructed otherwise.
